If you are looking for something private and intimate but in a magical spot, our elopement package is for you. Hosted in the private gardens of Ohariu Hills, the two of you can say your vows in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by delightfully crafted gardens and native bush.

  • Elopement Package is available all year round, Monday to Fridays between 10am and 3pm

  • You must provide at least two witness, and can have up to 20 guests

  • Choose to have your ceremony either in the Garden Gazebo or under the Totara tree in a reserve of native bush

  • Enjoy the gardens and grounds for up to an hour

  • Wet weather option to host your ceremony in The Cottage

  • Jude Best, owner of the gardens, will be your celebrant- click here to visit her website

  • A simple, standardised script similar to a court house wedding ceremony

  • Cost is $200
